Section 1 — About 2E Pet & Products
A: 2E Pet is a small creative studio founded by Roy and Ali. We use AI to turn your pet memories into custom jewelry, accessories and gifts, and some designs can also be minted as free NFTs.
A: We offer pet-themed custom pieces such as necklaces, bracelets, keychains, apparel and other accessories. Each item is made to order with your own pet photos and story.
A: We work with trusted production partners. Our designs are created one-by-one using AI and then printed or engraved on demand, so every piece is made especially for your order (no old stock).
A: Yes! Our products are designed as meaningful gifts for pet lovers – partners, friends and family. Most items come with simple, gift-ready packaging.
A: It depends on the product. Many pieces are made from stainless steel (durable, rust-resistant) or 925 sterling silver. Material details are always shown on each product page.
A: Stainless steel and 925 silver are friendly to most skin types, but if you have a known metal allergy, please check the material information or contact us before ordering.
Section 2 — Custom Design & Photos
Answer:
- After you approve, we produce and ship your custom piece.
- Choose your product and place your order.
- After checkout, send us your pet photos and a short story.
- We create an AI artwork based on your photos and preferences.
- We send you a preview for approval.
A: Yes. For custom designs, we will send you a digital preview. You can request small changes (for example colors, background or text) before we start production.
A: Please use clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting. Your pet’s face should not be cut off and important details should not be covered by heavy filters.
A: Yes, many products support multiple pets in one artwork. Check the product description (for example “up to 3 pets”) and send us enough photos for each pet.
A: No. Please only send photos you own or have permission to use. We cannot create designs based on copyrighted characters, logos or images you don’t have rights to.
A: We start from your own photos and story, so each design is personal to you. In some cases, if a design becomes popular, we may offer a similar style to other customers—but we will never share your original private photos.
Section 3 — Orders, Shipping & Returns
A: Design and production usually take 3–7 business days, and shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your country and local carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
A: We ship to most countries worldwide. If you’re not sure whether we can ship to your address, please contact us before ordering.
A: Shipping costs depend on your country and the weight of your order. The exact fee will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Free shipping over 75 USD
A: Some countries charge customs or import fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local rules if you’re unsure.
A: Because our products are custom made, we can only change or cancel your order before we start the design/production. If you need to update photos, text, address or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If the item arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or another solution.
If the mistake comes from the information you provided (wrong size, wrong name, wrong photo), we may not be able to offer a free replacement, but you can always contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Section 4 — NFT, Privacy & Data
A: For selected custom artworks, we offer free NFT minting on a public blockchain (for example, Base). Your design can be recorded as a unique digital collectible on-chain, proving when it was created and that it belongs to you.
A: No, it’s optional. If you already have a wallet, we can send the NFT to your address. If you don’t, we can help you claim it later or temporarily hold it for you.
- You can use the artwork for personal purposes (printing, sharing on social media, etc.).
- 2E Pet keeps the right to use the design for our products and marketing, and to sell the design as a style/template in the future, unless you ask us not to.
A: For some special collections, we may share a part of the royalties or profit with the original creator. Details will be clearly explained on the corresponding product or campaign page.
A: We only use them to create your AI artwork, produce your custom product and optionally mint your NFT if you request it. We do not sell your photos or personal data to third parties, and you can ask us to delete your photos after your order is completed.
A: Yes. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe/PayPal/Shopify Payments), and we only keep the minimum information needed to support your order.
