1. Use of Our Website

- You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

2. Products and Customization
- We offer custom pet-themed products (for example: jewelry, accessories, apparel and other items).
- Because our products are made to order, small variations in color, size or placement of the design may occur. Screen colors may look slightly different from the final printed item.
- Before placing an order, please check all details carefully (product type, size, color, text, number of pets, etc.).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, abusive behavior, or if the design content is illegal or inappropriate (for example, hate speech, violence, or copyright infringement).
3. Ordering, Pricing and Payment

5. Returns, Refunds and Problems with Your Order
- Because most of our products are custom made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size chosen by you, or spelling mistakes provided by you.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong design, please contact us at info@jenvare.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and package.
- If we confirm that the issue is our fault, we will offer a replacement or another reasonable solution, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
- Our Refund & Return Policy is part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before ordering.
6. Changes and Cancellations
- If you need to change your order (photo, text, size, address, etc.) or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
- We can usually change or cancel an order only before we start the design and production process. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we cannot fulfill it (for example, stock or production problems).
7. User Content (Photos and Stories)
- You may provide us with content such as pet photos, text, names, dates or stories (“User Content”) so we can create your custom design.
- You confirm that:
- You own or have permission to use the User Content; and
- The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks or privacy rights.
- By sending us User Content, you grant 2E Pet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display the content for:
- Creating and delivering your products;
- Customer support; and
- (Unless you ask us not to) marketing purposes, such as showing the final artwork or product photos on our Site or social media.
- We will never share your original private photos publicly. We may show edited artwork, mockups or product photos.
8. AI-Generated Designs and NFTs
- We use AI tools and human designers together to create custom artwork based on your User Content.
- You may receive a digital file of your artwork and, in some cases, we may offer free NFT minting of your design on a public blockchain (for example, Base).
- NFTs are digital collectibles only and not financial products. We do not promise any future value or price of any NFT.
- If you choose to receive an NFT:
- You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address.
- You are responsible for keeping your wallet secure. If you lose your keys or access, we cannot recover your NFT.
- Blockchain transactions are usually irreversible. We are not responsible for any loss caused by network errors, gas fees, or third-party services.
- 2E Pet keeps the rights to the underlying artwork and may use the design for our products, collections and marketing, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by or licensed to 2E Pet and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our Site content or products without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Our Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2E Pet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of our Site, products or services.
- In any case, our total liability to you for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Because most of our products are custom made (personalized with your pet, text or design), we handle returns differently from standard products.
- We cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or incorrect information provided by you.

2. Custom Products – No Change of Mind Returns
- All personalized or custom items (including products with your pet photo, names, dates or special designs) are made specifically for you.
- Therefore, these custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable for reasons such as:
- You changed your mind;
- You ordered the wrong size or color;
- You provided incorrect text, spelling, names or dates;
- You uploaded a low-quality or unsuitable photo.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective or with the wrong design:

- Once design or production has started, we may not be able to change or cancel the order. If cancellation is still possible at that stage, we may charge a fee to cover work already completed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law or if there is a confirmed defect:
- Personalized and custom products;
- Digital files (for example, high-resolution artwork files);
- NFTs or other blockchain-based items;
- Gift cards or store credits.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
- If we approve a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but it usually takes 5–10 business days after we approve the refund.
