We know your photos and stories are deeply personal. This section explains how 2E Pet handles your data when you use our AI design and NFT services.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
When you place a custom order and co-create an AI design with us, we may collect:
- Photos you send to us (pets, loved ones, family, special moments)
- Text & stories you share about those memories
- Order information (products you buy, choices like size, color, style)
- Contact details (such as email, phone, or messaging account) so we can reach you
- Wallet address (only if you choose to receive your NFT in a crypto wallet that supports Base)
We do not ask for your private keys, seed phrases, or any sensitive wallet login information.
We will never ask you to share that with us.
We only use your data to:
- Create and refine your AI artwork and product design
- Communicate with you about previews, revisions, and order updates
- Mint your artwork as an NFT on Base (if you choose to receive an NFT)
- Improve our services (for example, understanding what styles people love most)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your photos and stories are stored securely in our systems and/or trusted third-party cloud providers.
- We keep your files for as long as needed to:
- complete your order,
- provide after-sales support, and
- comply with legal or accounting requirements.
- When we no longer need certain data, we aim to archive, anonymize, or delete it within a reasonable timeframe.
Access to your data is limited to:
- The 2E Pet team members who need it to create your artwork, customer support, or order fulfillment
- Our production and logistics partners, but only with the minimum information required to manufacture and ship your products (e.g. print files, names, shipping addresses)
- Blockchain / NFT platforms will only see what is written into the NFT metadata and what is publicly visible on-chain.
We do not share your private photos and stories for unrelated advertising by third parties.
When we mint your artwork as an NFT on Base:
- Some information becomes part of a public, permanent blockchain record, for example:
- A link to the artwork file
- Basic metadata (title, description, collection name)
- The wallet address that owns the NFT
- Public blockchains are designed to be permanent and cannot be fully edited or erased by us later.
Because of this:
- Even if you later ask us to delete the original files from our systems,
- the NFT record on Base and any decentralized storage (such as IPFS, if used) may still remain publicly accessible.
We are careful about what we put on-chain and aim to avoid including unnecessary personal details in NFT metadata.
You can always:
- Ask us not to mint an NFT for your order (you will still receive your physical product).
- Ask us to update or correct your contact information.
- Ask us to delete certain photos or stories from our active systems, where possible and where it does not conflict with legal requirements or ongoing orders.
Please note: as explained above, data already written to the Base blockchain cannot be fully removed by 2E Pet.
