Really beautiful item to remember our family dog. Even better when I opened it to realise the etching is also in 3d inside the crystal tower. I assumed it would be etched on a flat surface but it’s nice to be able to see her face from side profile again. Seller was great and fast at replying. Was with me in less than a week. Would recommend and buy again
