2E pet was incredible to work with, and I highly recommend buying products from their company! I purchased the bracelet as a memorial gift for my cousins 17 year-old dog that passed away recently, and the bracelet arrived, beautiful and exactly as described. Unfortunately, the next day a portion of the bracelet broke. I contacted 2E pet and was immediately offered to have a replacement sent out. The item was received quickly and again, it’s beautiful! 2E pet was communicative, kind and helpful and stood behind the product. I’ll definitely be purchasing from this store again.
